Fatimetou holds a Bachelor in Finance and a Masters’ Degree in HR. She joined Kinross Tasiast´s recruitment team early 2011, and has greatly contributed since to develop and implement Human resources strategies, helping the company building a strong leadership commitment among employees and securing the best national talents.
