James has 15+ years of experience in the African energy sector, primarily in physical commodity trading, with extensive time spent on-ground in numerous countries in Africa. James was former Head of Africa Energy Trading at global commodities giant Trafigura, covering energy products across the barrel from crude oil to gas – as well as managing existing and new logistics and infrastructure developments.
